Last June, 2018, Ar. Alejandro (Alex) Cua, fuap have successfully passed the Professional Panel of Experts interview conducted on his bid to be conferred the title of Asean Architect (AA). The decision was handed down last October 2018.

The conferment ceremony will be on April 10, 2019 at CONRAD Hotel, Manila. The event concided with the 3rd ASEAN Architect Congress to be held also in Manila, Philippines. This year 20 UAP Architect candidates passed the interview for the ASEAN Architect (AA).

Ar. Cua is a member of UAP Manila-Metro Chapter. Past Chapter  President Cua is a consistent adviser to the younger generation of chapter boards. Presently he is the Chapter Comelec Chairman.
